Therefore the problem consists so: not simply in stopping hermetically of spouting emergency oil well, but so that in the beginning AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE QUICKLY LIQUIDATE LEAK, and then, after elimination of wreck, to RENEW the OIL PRODUCTION FROM THE OIL WELL!
